Barbara, I agree that LHSPF got a good deal on this one. The only guesses I have on how that was pulled off is that GNK's financial position was pretty tenuous, and they were running out of financing options. The company may have let it be known that they were on the market, and LHSPF's was the best offer, or LHSPF may have initiated the conversation. In either case, the GNK folks know the translation market, knew LHSPF's strength, and apparently felt they'd rather have LHSPF's stock than any of the alternatives. Hope you feel that way, too - it's a good company! Bob
