Sajjad,simply file a compaint with the SEC. Are your cerificated shares not as good as others? Do your shares(any publicly held shares of RMIL,certificated or not)not carry the same rights as others?Is the company soliciting investment from only a selected group of shareholders,or all shareholders,how about non-shareholders?Is this a public stock offering or a limited partnership offering? Something to check into.Due to the "public" trading status of RMIL,they have certain obligations to the general public,these idiots seem to overlook this.DD PS: IMO eventually, all this closed-door,backroom dealing without public disclosure will get this company banned completely from public trading on any exchange..What about the AMEX listing-did they ever get a AMEX certified TA? <LOL!!!>(we'll miss you Riley)
