Yup, for what it's worth, I was one of those souls who fronted the money to start up Integrated Marketing. It was a Reg S deal, but when it came time to convert, the share price had been driven so low, I just held on to the note. Folks with long memories may recall that pre-POKR, this stock sold for $6-$8 a share. Guess how long it took the conversion shares to shake loose -- and what happened to the share price in the meantime?

Folks who converted immediately and got their shares (or shorted against their promised shares) did very well. Long-term holders say a spin from $8 to about $.60. That's just another reason I feel comfortable in saying please don't view this as a chance to pop in and pop out with a profit. The merger will poise POKR-AVIA for some great things. I just don't see a quick pop in price as one of them. I'll be delighted to be wrong and eat crow all the way to a new year's cruise in the Caribbean.

Have a good week,
