HDD Shareholder action - quick update: Another supporter yesterday My digging is raising a number of questions for HDD and I also wonder if these issues are with the other companies under prime also. Very concerned over the non-arms length transactions that HDD is paying Prime. Very concerned over expenses otherwise. in 1997 - expenses drilling - $0 surveying - $0 report and map costs - $0 consulting fees - $0 acquistions - $0 And they purchased a bunch of properties they have no written off with no work ever done. Whom did they buy these claims from??? Recent pruchases have been from directors and I suspeect many of these written off ones were to. I wonder if they were at fair market value???
