Mark: We'll have to agree to disagree and leave it at that. I think that Ledoux owes us an answer, in the words of our First Philanderer, "sooner rather than later". Last week would have been ideal but as far as I know we still have received no commitment to receive a prompt answer. Based upon our prior experience with this firm this is not a good sign. Personally, being the negative and mistrustful person I am, if I was Sid I would go to Teaneck with writ in hand (lawsuit) and if I did not get the answers or a written commitment to provide them I'd slide that writ right across the table and see if it had any salutary effect on our good friends at Ledoux.
