Even though I messed up onthat post I have done some more digging. I have identified a total of 15 companies publically traded on the VSE that Michael Pezim is a director of that have the same address. I have checked most of them and they are all charged $5,000 per month "administrative" fees plus all the regular fees such as rent, filing fees. this equates to almost a $million a year alone in revenue for PQE. This strikes me as being very suspicious??? here are the companies: Michael Pezim affiliations: Blackwater Gold Corp - BWG obecame a director of Co 9507 owas disclosed as holding an option on shares of Co 9706 Braiden Resources Ltd - BZR obecame a director of Co 9507 Classic Gold Resources Ltd - CGU obecame a director of Co 9507 owas disclosed as a shareholder of Co 9603 Double Down Resources Ltd - DDX obecame a director of Co 9507 Fairhaven Resources Ltd - FRH obecame a director of Co 9507 Golden Trump Resources Ltd - GTZ obecame a director of Co 9507 owas disclosed as holding an option on shares of Co 9609 Goldnev Resources Inc - GNZ obecame a director of Co 9507 owas disclosed as holding an option on shares of Co 9508 Haddington Resources Ltd - HDD obecame a director of Co 9507 owas disclosed as holding an option on shares of Co 9608 Portman Explorations Ltd - PXL obecame a director of Co 9507 owas disclosed as holding an option on shares of Co 9511 owas disclosed as a shareholder of Co 9610 obought a private placement in Co 9610 Prime Equities International Corp - PQE obecame a director of Co 9507 owas disclosed as a shareholder of Co 9510 owas disclosed as holding an option on shares of Co 9608 obought a private placement in Co 9801 obecame a debtor of Co 9801 Rocraven Resources Ltd - RVR obecame a director of Co 9507 Silverstone Resources Ltd - SVT obecame a director of Co 9507 Star Dance Resources Ltd - SDL obecame a director of Co 9507 Tantalus Resources Ltd - TTU obecame a director of Co 9507 Tapango Resources Ltd - TPA obecame a director of Co 9611 Tapestry Ventures Ltd - TPV obecame a director of Co 9507 These two still have him listed as a director but the first appears to be at a different address and the second out of Business Goldwater Resources Ltd - Not listed at the same address - obecame a director of Co 9508 owas disclosed as holding an option on shares of Co 9608 Pezgold Resource Corp
