John, I was led to believe that Israel acquired their homeland resulting in the displacement of the Palestinians. This I believe was Emile's response that the Jews took away the home of the Palestinians. I regret not looking into this closer. You stated that this area was a Greek settlement. "Regarding the Balfour Declaration Nov. 1917 Great Britain honoured a promise made to the Jews of a homeland in Palestine which had belonged to Turkey and was placed under British control in 1923. If Emile does not prove that this is in error, then I shall be slow to believe any thing else that he may say. Santiago
