Your broker is correct- there is no minimum or floor price on the deal. ISLI management has gotten considerable heat over this, and their only response is that the deal is more of a strategic one than a financial one and that collars (minimum and maximum prices for the deal) would imply that the deal is not truly strategic. Sounds like a bunch of crap to me, but that's their story and they're sticking with it.
