Hey Datek, just in case it hasn't been explained to you, it's the "orders" that are supposed to be executed not the customer. I had a stop limit sell order that sat for seven minutes after the price should have triggered the order. I am sure you will be happy to give me a free $10 trade for this but somehow that just doesn't make up for the $1750 you cost me. Please do your best to extract your heads from your collective rectums and take a stab at customer service, it would be a very refreshing change. Just another sastisfied Datek Customer (but not for long)
