webfiler.com Peter R. Mesnik Mr. Mesnik joined Alpha Software in 1991 as a software designer and documentation manager for Alpha Five Version 1.0. Subsequently, Mr. Mesnik served as the Product Manager for Alpha Five Version 2.0, Senior Product Manager for Complete Home Suite, KidSecure, and NetMailer, and Director of Product Management for the Alpha Software Publishing division. In 1996, he and Mr. Doug Ross adapted the Alpha Five database engine to create the middleware framework upon which the WebFiler product line is built. This technology eventually became the basis for the acquisition of Alpha Software by SoftQuad International. Prior to joining Alpha, Mr. Mesnik was part of a software start-up named Within Technologies of Mt. Laurel, NJ, the developer of Realizer - a "Visual Basic-like" Windows development environment which was later sold to Computer Associates.
