Something appears amiss between your and my interpretation of the latest filing.

It appears to me that Gordon gets to have all the sex he wants without getting married. While this would be of dubious merit to a structured society in the real world, it sure seems great in TSIG's ability to use whatever of CCSI's asset's it wishes, while at worst case having only to pony up with 1% of the net profit.

TSIG also gets automatic 5 year renewals of the agreement exclusively at their demand. CCSI get's squat in the form of bargaining power.

Seems like a no-brainer to me and quite frankly blows the original deal out of the water in its bias towards TSIG.

Please...... elaborate on where you believe I have mis-interpreted the filing. Anything is possible but I think I have a good handle on it.
