Frankly, I have not seen Barton Biggs make bullish comments. However, I believe he was the first or one of the first to call the negative effects of the Asian crisis last year.

From one of his recent interviews he still felt that the Asian issue will continue to eat away at our markets, which I cant disagree with.

I feel that 20% is possible, but 30% may be a bit much.

If 8570 does not hold, I am calling for 7700-7800 which is about a 17% decline. Jerry Favors stated one of his indicators showed 7200 which is around 22%.
