KAHI churning for VERY GOOD REASON... (nothing "fishy" here!)

In my experience, this is typical MM activity that occurs at a "bottom" level before a major rise.

Since the official bid/ask that is displayed on the OTC:BB quotes is one of many lower and higher bid/asks, MM's buy from amongst each other at lower bid/asks to pick up shares without raising the official bid/ask -- they can also do this (buy at lower ask prices from another MM) to cover their short positions which most likely incurred as they drove the stock price down from the $1 1/4 level....

If anyone has Level II, they could confirm whether this is indeed what is happening. Unfortunately, I don't.... can anyone confirm this?

Whatever the case, this can't go on forever and is usually a GREAT SIGN that MM's expect a major rise in the near future... otherwise, they would let price rise and simply short to an even lower level.

HANG ON FOLKS! Something great is brewing here!
