Harry, I directed this to you since Jeff Lins is a trial member and limited in the no. of posts he has. Jeff wrote in his last post

"Does anyone know WHEN in 2000 our deal with Sony ends? This should coincide with PSX-2 release, and with Dreamcast looking to be solid, Sony would certainly want Lara by its side. Possibilities: Sony makes Lara the sony "mascot" (though she kind of already is). She is used to advertise PSX-2, coupled with promotions for the movie. Sony sends us a check...No mascot deal, Sony still wants the Exclusive for TR, sends us a check...Sony wants to renew exclusive deal on TR, and cuts us a deal by selling Psygnosis for cheap...Sony decides to do no deal-TR is ported to EVERY system. Sega and Nintendo send the checks...Dreamcast is HUGE success, and Sega offers BIG bucks for the TR exclusive rights..."

This leaves me with the impression that eidsy does not control the TR franchise and Lara Croft indefinitely, but dependently. Is this the case? Would you mind clarifying this point, as I hate to even post the question if it is untrue, but would like to have the facts correct.
I have owned the stock since March, and sold 70% after eidos failed to hold the highs (Interactive's achilles heel), but have been rebuying again at this level. Mostly leave the posting to those of you who know the company best, but felt this point should be clarified, not for the regular posters, but for others who are or may be interested. Thanks, stx
