Vicarboyz, If you were as -well read- as you say, you would know that we are trying to fax a list of questions to TSIG. If everyone calls the company, we may come to the day they may not be do willing to talk to us all. I believe they do have other work to do. By faxing a list of questions, we get a hard copy in return. This can then be posted on the thread for all to benefit. If may be the equivalent of a conference call or better. TSIG will have the time to go over the questions and answer when they can. I like the idea of a hard copy since a verbal answer may be mis-understood. It, also, cannot be documented for future use. I would like to hold TSIG accountable for all the answers we receive. I trusted them about July 13th and was disappointed with the extension. I hope the deal goes as planned but we are looking at up to 90 days for it to be finalized. It is not a done deal! Let's hope it becomes final. CCI and TSIG working together will make for a stronger website. That 1.5+ Million customer base can jump-start us to greater heights. By working together and getting our questions answered, we all will profit from the DD and then we can invest accordingly. Relentless
