Hello. I am an investigator with the State of Florida, Comptrollers office. We regulate securities activities in this state, and I am investigating the activities of Easy Cellular, Easy Phone and Tel Com Plus. I would like to know how you came to invest in EZCL, who you spoke with, what you were provided with, how did you invest, etc. If you can contact me, please advise. Thank you for the communication. I am just beginning to investigate this case, so more info will be forthcoming. EZCL's joint venture operation is Tel Com Plus, located here in Tampa Fl, as well as other areas. Tel Com sold investments into a LLC to FL investors, as well as others. We are still trying to obtain the investor listing and offering materials from Tel Com. Tel Com's principals are the same as EZCL. I am trying now to determine the relationship between the two and why the BB activity of EZCL. Don't know yet the status of EZCL and relationship to Red Hot. If you received any offering materials let me know, if it was only an email from RedHot-do you know of any principals there? Thanks.
I have not heard from her since. Maybe Dan Shubin, a previous poster on this thread, can shed some light on these proceedings. |
