Tontotoo, I would hate to see Cos or Suess ever inside an operating company. Neither has the credentials to ever run a company. People like Cosmo and Suess make awfull managers because they resort to nasty devices and attacks and are too cynical to be effective. These types of persons engender infighting and discourage team approaches. They prove to be divisive and destructive. Scott
