I am not familiar with Ron Reece.

One of the really fuzzy situations, which I am more familiar with and find very interesting, is the recent events that surround ICVI/MTEI, INFE and DGIV and the Rocketeers. If you're not familiar with this, basically a group of folks "Banded together" to buy up the float and hold it, driving up the price, forcing shorts to cover, etc. DGIV went to $8, INFE $4. Lot's of excitement about the concept. Lots of encouragement from the Rocketeer leaders, like "HOLD", and "I'M BUYING MORE HERE !", but then the bottom fell. It was followed by calling for certs, cries of foul play by the MM's etc. I feel sorry for those that paid $8 for DGIV. But then, lot's of people place market orders at open, so it is hard to spend much time on sympathy, at least for me.

Then of course, the obligatory critics of the Rocketeers and a new term arose: Racketeers.

The other aspect, which is a little more subtle but a red flag for me was the overtly religious aspect of certain personas. (I must say that I am an Irish Catholic, Catholic grade school, high school etc., so religion has been a big part of my life.) It was a red flag for me, because I have seen in the business world, where a person used their religion, and what I term as emotional appeals, to gain influence and power.

So the fair question remains: The Lead Rocketeers, were they scamming or just naive ? I have no answer, not even an opinion that I can back up with reason or logic. Assuming for the moment that these folks are private investors, If they (the leaders) banded together is that illegal ? I do not know. Scams can take so many forms, as you and I know too well.

I must admit, I thought the Idea had merit. DIXS, a very solid concept (Jobs on the internet/affiliate with local TV stations) was one where, for a brief moment I participated in the Rocketeer concept. After thinking it through, I changed my mind and posted so. I was simply afraid of being associated, with what could be perceived as a scam. So yes I was sucked in. I view it however, that I sucked myself in, to what could have been or could yet become ugly.

Note DIXS is/was a Tariq pick, endorsed by others such as BD, Copia and TM. I still like the company and have only my (almost) free shares.

Learning more every day.

Oh and The law does not work in your favor since it is a sheild to hide behind. Yes, agreed. Another thing to keep in mind, with regards to court proceedings and the law, think about this:

The Facts are irrelevant, until ruled on by the Judge.

Diligence, perserverance, thick skin and brass balls are required until such time comes.

Have a good day my friend.
