Joe, I agree, there looks to be a lot of retail buying on the tape today with the good news out and the anticipation of what we could hear on Thursday. With Locus now part of DCI with the 8-K filing (subject to financing, but I cannot imagine this being a problem) , I am going to be happy whether what Joe has to tell us on Thursday is significant or not. (G) After the long struggle to get here, I have to keep reminding myself that we are now a 100 million+ company, this was the hard part IMO and I feel that Joe will be able to complete the second half of his goals..it's just a matter of time. (G) At this stage of the game, I would say just let the CC shareholders continue to transfer their shares into the eager hands of new and current DCTC shareholders and let DCI management focus it's energies on DCI and our future goals. I forsee the DCI shareholder base expanding at an much increased rate with the Locus news out, so hopefully it won't be too much longer before we are through with the CC shares that want to be sold. James James
