To all, Sorry for stating the obvious, but IMO Collings structured his aggrement with TVL is such a way as to ensure they would commit to commercializing the technology. In short, he intentionally lit a fire under their ***es to make sure they put their money where their mouths are. This was smart. And, yes, the reason you use works like "may" in contracts instead of "will", is to provide flexibility. Collings does not HAVE to do any of what is mentioned. But he has the choice. Have not received any additional info. on when my V-Gis decoder will be shipped. I'm assuming it will be around the end of August, sonce that seems to be what other communications from TVL are saying. I still am puzzled by taking orders in June and not shipping until the end of August. I suspect it was only to give the appearance of TVL and PG coming out with products at essentially the same time.
