AW - I haven't read all the details but it looks to me as if AT& T have effectively bought BT. It surprises me a little because I thought the BT egos wouldn't allow it but I guess that the institutions and the board warned them not to screw it up again or else. Not that it matters because WCOM is still a lot more dynamic and the coporate cultures of AT&T and BT are bound to be more conservative (other than Mr Armstrong) and in this environment for the Teleocm industry more conservative just means you will lose.. plain and simple. L
