No, I'm not. I consider what is sustainable and what is not. This is not.

Also, why finance through them if one can obtain lower rates elsewhere. People do tend to shop. Looking for income in this area means they are worried about making a profit in other areas.

I'll add one more thing -- The Country store idea is DUMB. All these do is add overhead as they try to enter an area where they will face more, not less, competition. Time will tell. I say they will start closing them by 1st or 2nd quarter next year. Good luck.
