The recovery here at mid-day was probably he and his cronies buying on that self- created dip. These leaches even have their own web-site where they plan strategy for such seedy activity. At least we know the underlying intent of words after this most recent play; in his opinion other people outside the secure "Rocketeer web-site" are his sheep that he can tempt then scare in any direction he wishes.
