Need some help to figure out what this means

There is a COMPENSATION clause in form 8-K/A which goes as follows

3.1 In consideration for the license granted hereunder, Buyer (TSIG)
agrees to pay to Seller (CCI) a royalty of one percent (1%) of the net income, if any, generated as a result of sales of pre-recorded music by Buyer on or through the internet web site during the Term of this agreement, as may be extended in accordance with paragraph 2.1 hereinabove.

I have a few questions regarding this.

TSIG is selling each CD for 10.99 (with a music card).
1 ) How much profit will it make (assuming it has to pay some money to CCI)?
ex. Let's say it makes a profit of $2/CD (JUST AN EXAMPLE) and it sells 1 million CDs in one year.
then $$'s generated from Sales : 11 mil. (We will exclude S/H to make it simple)
$$'s to give to CCI : 9 mil.
Net profit for TSIG : 2 mil.

Now TSIG has to give 1% of 2 mil, which is $20,000.

This is what i think. I COULD BE WRONG.
I need your help to understand this.

Thank you all in advance.

Sailaab.
