<<Kennecott the silent partner.Big deal>>
Where did you read this?
On the Legend block Kennecott is now the operator and is not only paying the full bill -they are even paying the Meo overheads and salaries for the next few years. MEO can now look after the other properties without any financial worries. Kennecott carried out all the ground work to date and are excited enough to enter into this deal which is way sweeter than the deal that PUG has with ACA. Kennecott has been to the sites and so we won't get any stories about too wet to drill etc. PUG has to pay their way whereas MEO get to travel along for free and still has 28% of the legend block. We could have another complete cluster on our hands here. The upside for MEO is now huge and the downside is very limited. JP
