I am impressed at your persistance, but you have it all wrong. You ask for information on my name, you already know it what more do you want. On my post the name that we worked under was called the Wax Cylinder Music Co. again listed on my post. I told you to call Darrel himself or TSIG and ask them if I have been in comunication with them. I certainly can not post my home number for obvious reason. I have posted customers complaints what more evidence do you need. On Tuesday I will contact the authorites that have been looking into the past of CCI and I will get their Complaint numbers, I just need to make certain that Darrel through his connections did not manage to make them go away. The others on this thread are dealers also, but I am not at liberty to post their names, I will ask them if they want to. I do not see any reason to do this however because CCI/TSIG knows who we are anyway. When you do call Darrel, ask him what will happen to all of those dealers who bought teritories from him. Are they just out of luck? That does not sound ethical to me. After all, the CCI bussiness was created from investor money and not from sales of CD.
We are real and the problem is definatly very real. I do love the TSIG website, they seem to be very professional, but they took over the name compact connection, and with this name there is a terrible history of poor performance. One can not just change over the name of a company, rename it something else(DP ent) and move the assets to another co. and continue to work under the same name.
Ex. When Pan AM came back with different owners they still had the history and folded again. I am not saying anything bad about TSIG, but the word CCI=Darrel Piercy=TSIG. He is still with the company, that make it the same in the customer eyes. All of these legal loopholes are just for his protection. You see, if the word Compact Connection was not used, I would never even be on this thread right?
