All of the 144 filings in last 12 months have been from people and companies that provided TSIG a variety of services from 1995-1997. They were all given restricted 144 stock. Most of this stock was restricted for 2 years. All the holders of that 144 have been filing to sell after their 2 year restriction was over.

If you look at the names, just one is a company insider (director) and he filed back in 4th quarter of 1997.

Since TSIG was short of cash during 1996 and 1997, most of its payment to third party service provider were through 144 restricted stock issuance. Services provided by these individuals included: computer consultancy, legal, marketing services etc.

NO COMPANY INSIDER HAS FILED TO SELL ANY TSIG STOCK SINCE SEPTEMBER OF 1997.
