Columbia Capital Corp. to Process for Greater Nevada Credit Union

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., July 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Columbia Capital Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: CLCK - news) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary First Independent Computers, Inc. (FICI) has signed an agreement with Greater Nevada Credit Union (GNCU), Carson City, Nevada for the processing of its VISA credit card portfolio of 7,500 accounts.

Greater Nevada Credit Union will convert to FICI's VisionPLUS, Year 2000- compliant, processing platform. Ken Klotz, president of Columbia, stated, ''This is the first credit union that we have signed and it is our intention to grow this segment of the industry significantly, using GNCU as our flagship account.''

FICI expects to complete the conversion of the accounts by November 1 and will begin processing for GNCU at that time.

Columbia Capital Corp. operates through its wholly-owned subsidiary, First Independent Computers, Inc. The Company is a multi-faceted information and transaction processing service organization.
