I knew this was back there just had to find it.....

We will reevaluate our rating for a possible upgrade if the stock drops to the mid-$20s or there is strong evidence of rapidly accelerating adoption of electronic bill payment and bill presentment.

Are we in the mid-$20s yet? I wonder if they pull a 'Clint Eastwood here...ala 'Go ahead make my day?' Bout the only thing a short has to be worried about with this today.....
