That was a good one. Had to think about that one for a while. You are correct that individual web sites could be blocked, but think about this. Think of the Internet as a giant cobweb, if you can't get to your destination one way, you will simply be routed to it via a detour. With the stroke of a pen and a couple lines of code you could simply be transferred to an ISP outside the US that our govt can't control. You can't defeat the internet, it is an impossibility. Our govt does not have the money, manpower and time to do it.
