Kevin, I "found" this stock in the Daily Graphs published by IBD. Impressive growth in revenue and earnings during the past 4Q. Thanks for your work keeping a thread on the company. You noted that the float is low and DG confirms that 4.8M shares are issued with 4.2M in the float. Also says company has 0 LT debt and the stock is only 1% institutionally held. Your note about the shares used in acquisitions being restricted caught my eye. I've held USDL and seen that company issue shares to fund an acquisition binge. With the resulting arbitrage and dilution the shareholders have been shafted (intil recent price increase). Do you know if RCMT issued new shares for it's acquistions? Thanks again for your study and effort on the thread. Steve
