Seems HERZOG and WIEN really dislike this attention. No sooner did I post my last message than WIEN left the 1 7/16 position and has snuggled up just above HERZOG at 1.3125. This way HERZOG can leave this position safe with WIEN and then come in even lower a little later in the day. If HERZOG left now, the ask would raise. So by having WIEN come join the same price, he is free to re-shuffle into the pack and then re-emerge later at a LOWER ask the what is current. Hope this made sense - I think it did to them anyway - every time I write - they re-shuffle - but always with a new plan for lowering the price, widening the spread, etc, etc. All the above imho.
