John: You're using a different definition of "show and tell" than I am. TAVA gave away a CD, just as Netscape gave away free browsers. I'm not aware of TAVA doing work for free and I don't think you are, either. When a company has a backlog as large as TAVA's and is hiring employees to execute that backlog, they certainly aren't using your interpretation of "show and tell". If you checked the work TAVA did for Cypress Minerals, you'll be aware of the work TAVA really does for mining companies. Your post does not sound as if you delved into it deeply enough to gain an understanding of Tava's mining work.
