Guess that went over my head Bodie. If you are hooked to your ISP via phone lines or cable in the case of your cable company, how can you get there? EVERY server would be programmed to block the site. It is indeed a giant cobweb with numerous redundant paths, that's the way it was originally conceived. When the ARPANET was first used it was used exclusively by the government and academia for sharing of information. Nothing has changed in the concept. The government has the power and manpower to do anything that congress wants to fund for. if we can spend millions on the sex life of the Tsetse fly surely this is easy.
