Whoa! Dramatic reversal this morning.

Nasdaq was down more than 40 points or 2% by the end of the first trading hour. Volume was average, at about 200 Million. At first, I thought its a re-run of Oct 27, 1997. But I saw a slight reversal point at around 11:00am East Coast Time. Few hours later, it was clear and confirmed that S/MMs were rallying to unload after penetrated to the lower prices to clean out.

The question is, how low are they expecting to go down?
