Go look at gifs-inc.com some of your questions will be answered there. While you are there put in a request for the GIFS investors package. They will send it to you. It will take you a couple of days to read. Join in the conference call today at 1pm. Then come back and post your findings on Friday. Once you have done this DD then maybe you'll understand and answer your own questions. Lee
