LOD, in estimating quarterly share buybacks I went back to Q1 in fiscal '97. Within the 8 quarters since DELL has repurchased 88 million shares [average weighted] or approximately 11 million shares per quarter. In f97 DELL repurchased 13 million shares per quarter whereas in f98 DELL repurchased 9 million shares per quarter. I use 10 million as an estimate but it could easily be 9 million or 11 million.
