As you know i have discussed the problem of E trade and their market maker doing the take 5,000 and we will do as we please when and at the price we want for the remainder and by the way we won't let you cancel. Not a fair way to do this at all. E trade says that they are powerless to do anything. I disagree, If E trade called that MM and told them that they are going elsewhere for their trades that something different might happen. The last time I called about the e Trade supervisor told me that all large blocks are MM to MM trades, I said BS and then was accused of cursing. I said that BS was not cursing, and that was that.
