The only problem I have with that analysis is....if these OTC-BB companies are so Grossly undervalued, then wouldn't it be logical and easy for them to get a real live underwriter to issue a real live stock issue on a real live stock exchange and raise real capital that way? I mean, if a company is truly undervalued, savvy investors will buy, won't they? If they stay on the OTC-BB for any length of time, then I really doubt they are undervalued.
