Mary, "if you're being sued for $396 million, what difference does it make if you pay $4.5 million in stock or $2.5 million in stock?" that would be 2 million dollars Mary.... almost 50% off. Why did they wait? they knew as well as we did that MDIX is shooting itself in the foot and getting delisted. Why pay 4.5M if you can wait a bit and pay 2.5 or LESS.... MG
