I agree, research is the best way to reduce risk. Reading books on the market is a good idea. I'm sending off for CUQ's investor package. I agree that the microcap market is inefficient, but often there is a good reason a stock is undervalued and I'd like to learn more about the company. I don't even know for sure what they do besides "construction"! Once I learn more, I may jump back into this one, but I think the DD is pretty important.
