Hi Ken,

I recently had to due some due diligence on Parlex and spent a half-hour on the phone with the CFO. He said the GM situation should have very little impact. Looks like backlog could come in around $30 - 32 million. I wouldn't expect a big earnings suprise. Possibly a penny above. They began new contract with Siemens this month. I recently heard they begin a project with Motorola for the Honda Accord in July of '99. I haven't met too many people who have owned the company since '94. You don't by any chance have any Electrogas?
