Perhaps you missed my point. This lawsuit is going to be settled. Most are,
even baseless ones. Those in the industry, such as Mike, are even more aware
than I that there is a preponderance of evidence against ADRX. That being
said, we
cannot try that case on message boards, it is for the courts and attorneys to
battle. I do expect MDIX' case to hold water. Remember, I personally was in this deal
in 1997 and remember the talk about Andrx. Cymedix was a much more
forthcoming company with its shareholders.

So what ADRX has done is decide to try and do as they darned well please by
impressing the public with a news release that they are going to take this
little gem public. After all, MDIX is a "little ant" compared to them. But
how are they doing it? Via a blank check shell company? No market, no cash
and part-time management. That is an arrogance that is consistent with them
throughout this entire ordeal. And they call MDIX a "piss-ant."

I wish to remind all once again than when NURS took over Cymedix and it became Medix Resources....all the decision-making transferred to Mr. Yeros and the Board. The Cymedix people simply work for him. Now that the focus is to be more on the medical information side, for it to be successful, he must be the one to capture the vision and lead. The Cymedix people have had it all along.

And some of us aren't real happy about this situation right now.
