Trump,

I've listened to your broken record for so long it
has become grating. The share buy back plan was a well
intentioned effort to support the price for shareholders.
As anyone can see, it was not an effective tool in this regard.
Because of the shorting situation the size of the float
has not been a material factor in setting the share
price. In the short term, the material factors have been two:
First, the uncontrolled determination of the MM's to move the
price down. Second, the lack of buying pressure to make it
profitable for the MM's to increase the price. I don't know
if the plan is still in effect, I hope not as it is an
ineffective use of the funds but remarkably, the only mgt.
error I've seen to date. An announcement of it's discontinuance,
if that is the case, would probably do more harm than good.
Much better to just leave it in abeyance. Now, why not just
let management get on with building the company; isn't that
what we all want? And if you really want to help, why don't
you buy a few more shares
