It is not acquisition write offs, it is amortization that bothers me. Acquisition should be subtracted in order to compare one year to another. After all, it is not every day the you purchase company ABC

Amortization however is an ongoing expense from year to year. Where did you get the $3 million per quarter figure from. Not arguing with it, just want to know the source for myself. Thanks

And just for the record, I am long, VERY long on this company.
