Jesse, Have you ever tried Webtalk? It is OK as to voice quality and offers multiple codecs and compression ratios. But it is a pain in the butt to use. You have to access a page at QDs Web site, Log in, then the browser starts Webtalk as a helper application. Once connected you must join "Chat Rooms" to connect with someone. I have been unsuccessful in configuring both versions of Netscape and Internet Explorer to work with Webtalk. I was able to get Mosaic working with it though.

All of this is too much of a pain for my taste. As a Beta tester, I received a free registered copy...I have never installed it!
