While PDG is in serious difficulty if it ever wants to start up construction at Las Cristinas 4&6 (not 5&7) I also seriously doubt that PDG would have ever made that offer, but the explanation provided is within the realm of the possible. As such, this makes the rumour a rumour. Do you expect companies to come out with press releases about any informal discussions that it may have? Your inexperience is showing again. I know you find it "productive" to focus on individuals rather than the subject matter at hand, but you can't prove anything either way. Strange that you don't spend some time on the PDG rumours, such as the financing, starting up construction and so forth. Why do you take everything said by PDG to be the absolute truth not to be questioned?
