I think the backlog number is pretty good for this environment. TI2 made a couple good points about backlog in a recent post of his. Not to mention, it was somewhat inflated last year due to Nikon trying to corner the market(seriously, do you remember what that analyst said about that?) and all the stepper vendors assuming strong shipments this year. I'm most interested in hearing how many installments took place and what the WIP at the stepper vendors is. We should be able to figure out when big orders are due again based on those numbers

Can't wait to hear the CC - definitely should hear a couple of "Nice quarter" beginnings.
