Top line growth in the wake of drastic capital equipment expenditures
by chipmakers is a remarkable feat. There will still be a South East Asian headwind facing the company.

I've culled some facts from Cymer's new Signapore Office.

The office has 4 employees currently. Due to the current economic slowdown. << We anticipate that the slowdown will be short and that
Signapore's huge wafer fab project materialize. >>

<< >> = Direct quote, FWIW.

Singapore government currently possesses a 30% or better stake in the existing seven out of nine plants. The government plans to have 25 fabs by the year 2005. More capacity glut or just the Darwinian
requisite of fab upgrades? Aprox. 2 fab/year rate.

This info is from the Company's monthly newsletter, the Illuminator. I requested a mailing when I visited the company last December. Those investors interested might want to call and request a mailing.
It's not that informative from an investor viewpoint. Unless your dying to know when the company picnic or Christmas party is so you can crash it. Occasional article with some data in it.

Tempus Fugit, I can't believe I haven't posted here since May!

Cheers,

DKG
