the database is very unlikely to work like that - TAVA getting a fee for telling 3rd party SIs what is on a plant floor. TAVAs client will own the inventory details and would tell prospective bidders what is there in order to receive more accurate bids - that is in the client's interest. Under normal confidentiality clauses TAVA could get into hot water for disclosing the info.
